I’ve been reading quite a bit lately for my own pleasure (as opposed to the many read-aloud books I do with my son) which is wonderful!
On the non-fiction front, an interesting read about “chronotypes” in The Power of When. Based upon when I feel most alert during the day, by scheduling meals, work, etc. at optimal times for my type will make everything more optimal and work better in my life. Going to give it whirl to see if following this schedule (I’m a Wolf) and timing works for me.
